200mg divided evenly across 21 ingredients works out to about 9.5mg each. That's the number you'd get if Sugar Reset's blend were split perfectly evenly. It almost certainly isn't.
In practice, proprietary blends are formulated with some ingredients as larger "structural" components and others included at trace, almost homeopathic-style amounts, sometimes primarily for label appeal rather than dosing significance. A blend listing 21 ingredients could easily have three or four making up the bulk of the 200mg, with the rest present at only a milligram or two each.
We can't identify which ingredients are the "heavy" ones and which are trace amounts — the label doesn't provide that information, and neither does anything else we could independently verify. What we can do is describe what each ingredient is generally studied for, organized into functional groups on our ingredients page, so you at least know the full roster even without knowing the internal ratios.
